If there is something we are holding on to, the body tends to subconsciously hold on to the fat. I spent about a year away- and that time, I ate a diet high in fat and carbs (coz it was the only food available there)- but I was happy, stress free and physically active- and 8kg just dropped off within 3months. Just sharing from experience and observation :)Yin Teinghttp://healthblog.yinteing.com/noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4090522598679611171.post-74641104390613575062009-06-09T16:29:46.319+08:002009-06-09T16:29:46.319+08:00AD: Classic AD response.... what can i say.AD: Classic AD response.... what can i say.Rajanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12849524760799149330noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4090522598679611171.post-60954776085559164862009-06-09T15:21:39.738+08:002009-06-09T15:21:39.738+08:00Drinking has lotsa calories . . . really ah? . . ....Drinking has lotsa calories . . . really ah? . . . Thankfully, I have an equipment that measures only that. Great weightloss insights, thanks for sharing.ian yusofhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08513835329848612366noreply@blogger.com
